We are going to kick off this year’s first devotional answering a question that I am pretty sure every one, christian or not, did at one point: what is even a sin? A sin is basically an act of pure selfishness that distances us from Christ itself. Simple isn’t it?

This is evident in Galatians 5:20 as selfishness is referred to as one of the many forms of sin, and I can also confirm that based purely on my personal experience. That said, why is distancing from God technically sinful, if Joshua 24:15 states that we can basically make a choice not to follow Christ?

Well… That is very simple actually, it’s because our nature divides itself in two layers - which I will give an explanation about in a bit - but naturally the most important layer belongs to Christ itself.

Those layers are the human flesh, also known as the soul and our spirit. The flesh is the culmination of our desires, sentiments and feelings. The part which we don’t reside but our bodies are fully formed from as stated in Colossians 2:13. The spirit is our connection to Christ as stated in Job 32:8.

So naturally, as the spirit is quite clearly the layer that holds more importance as it is connected to Christ. It can be denied, but the fact is that is more likely to not bring very good fortune is not necessarily wise for a Christian.

With all of that fully explained, how does that apply to the context of ABDLs, babyfurs and whatnot? Well… Clearly being ABDL or babyfur is not sinful, but taking in consideration the information studied, the only instance where that would be sinful is if the nature of the spirit would be denied…

…Let’s use an example for that: I wanted to relax, so I wore a diaper and started playing with a Fisher-Price toy… That is most certainly not sinful; But then I skipped church or my typical spiritual routine for doing that, that’s where the sin relies.

My advice? Be you, be happy. Be ABDL, be gay, be trans, be babyfur… Just remember to feed your spirit okay? Remember to read the bible, pray, discuss and for sure, help a whole lot of people… Our father loves that and he most certainly loves you. Diapers and everything included.
