**I don't normally do this, but this is important.** There is a scammer in the Mobian Artist community, and I want to make sure no one else falls victim to their shady practices.

I usually stays out of drama, but this situation directly affects artists and buyers, and people deserve to know.

There’s an artist going by "Haki" (socials linked in the document below) who has been revoking ownership of adoptables after selling them. Akila personally purchased multiple designs from them, only to later receive messages stating that ownership was being revoked due to their Terms of Service—terms that were never disclosed at the time of purchase.

These designs were often sold under the pretense of financial hardship, and Akila bought them in good faith, assuming full ownership. However, Haki now claims the right to take them back at any time, citing vague reasons like "slander" or "harassment" without any clear definitions. This essentially means that if you ever disagree with them, they can decide to reclaim what you paid for.

They haven't reached out to Akila directly to buy back the designs—just left messages while Akila was asleep and confronted people around them instead. This is not how professional artists handle business.

If you’re an artist or a buyer in this community, I strongly urge you **not** to purchase anything from Haki. If they can do this to Akila, they can do it to anyone.

Akila will continue to use the designs they legally purchased—there’s no reason they shouldn’t.
