Final Thoughts on AI Art

So, after playing with several free AI art Generators I've come the conclusion... we don't give artists enough credit. I've had a lot of fun creating AI generated art. That said, the Generator's can never seem to make what I really want and a few of my OC's never come out at all, no matter how many prompts I put in.
I'm not an artist. Except for being a novice blacksmith, I'll never claim to be one. AI is fun and for those like me who don't have the "artistic touch," it's a fun outlet and I'm having a great time creating pic's. But, nothing beats the real thing. Where an artist take pen to paper and creates your request, putting everything into making what you want and bringing it to life, it's an incredible feeling. To see their work and what they have created can never be imitated.
I'm pleased with what I've created so far and I'll continue to play with the AI Art Generators and see what I can come up with. But, I'll never stop requesting or paying artists commissions. There is no question that AI will never replace Artists. Their creativity, imagination, and technique will never be replaced. It's very comforting to know, that they'll be here and their work will be here long after we're gone. I hope they realize that they appreciated, no matter how advanced technology gets.
