Hello good Sirs and Madams, and welcome to the page of Le Mikey! :) You can call me Michael, Mike or Mikey, though most of my friend's call me Mikey. I am one of those odd humans that like to hang out with furries, guess you can say I'm strange? I am personally not a furry; just the resident human. :) Despite my furry friend's best efforts to convert me, they've had no luck so far. :P 



Let me take a moment to describe myself: my friends have described me as confident [not of the cocky variety], outgoing, extroverted; I am the type of person who is not afraid to express themselves, and I have no inhibitions.  I enjoy meeting and talking with new people, so never be afraid to come up to me and start talking! :) I am very friendly; I am also the type of person to lend a listening ear and give advice when I can.  I also would like to think I'm funny (XP), and it would seem that I've been told that I'm a Great Fursuit Handler...I even have a T-shirt to prove it! :D All-in-all, do not be a creep or an idiot, and we'll be fine! While I am nice, I can be brutally honest, and I have no qualms when it comes to speaking my mind. 



I am a huge nerd, and I enjoy a wide variety of different things, including video games, anime, etc. I have a thing for horror movies too, even though I think most are horrible. :P It's fun to sit around and make fun of them, however! :) I'm a very friendly fellow, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you want to chat; I can be reached from any of the information on my page! :) 



Also, I would name ALL the awesome furries I have met over the course of the past few years, but there are too many to name;  you all know who you are, and I <3 every one of you; I value our friendship, and I am lucky to have it in my life.

Creating Awareness: Do you want a NC Furry Convention?

Spreading the word about the upcoming Tarpaw Furmeet; to those of you who are unaware, we have a local fuzzbutt who has convention experience. Tarpaw is a meet that, if successful, could lay the ground work for a future furry convention here in good ol' North Carolina.

But, in order for this to become a reality, we need participation; we need involvement, and we also need support. How do you go about supporting this endeavor? By purchasing a ticket, or at the very least, spreading the word around. $20 for a night of partying, music, and food isn't bad at all...you spend WAY more then that going to an out of state convention!

Actions do speak louder then words, let's make this a reality and support this upcoming event! I really hope to see you all there.
