Regarding Payment
I only accept payments up front via PayPal or Linden (secondlife)l. I will not work beyond the WIP sketch until I have received payment.
I will not lower prices for you, so please do not ask.

Regarding Service
You do NOT have the right to:
resell any of the art you get from me UNLESS told otherwise by me or my Manager Synado. Ownership of the artwork will indefinitely remain mine. Artwork from me is for personal use only.
You may re-post it somewhere else with my direct permission.

I have the right to refuse your request.
If you have given me an order that is too hard to draw, or an uncomfortable subject for me, I have the right to turn it down.

I will NOT do:
✖ Age-Play [Cub-Play] Watersports, SCAT...etc...
✖ excessive violence/gore.
✖blood, cuts, and bruises within reason are okay.
✖ racist/hate themes or pieces meant to insult a target audience.

Deadlines
I am willing to work under a REASONABLE deadline, and under birthday/anniversary deadlines. However, if you need your commission on a certain day, come to me at least 1 week before that due date. There will be a additional deadline fee of 5.00USD If deadline is a week or 2 weeks due.

Refunds
A piece may be refunded at any time, unless the piece is already started on. Once the piece is started on, only up to half of the original price may be refunded.

Please do not intentionally rush me.
Unless I say that I can't, I will finish your commission within a reasonable time frame. The wait times will vary depending on the complexity of the piece, so please be patient.

If you're unhappy with the final result of your commission,
Please let me know in a polite fashion. If it's something I can fix, I will fix it. "Fixes" and changes are not free, and I will charge for any large changes you want me to make if you did not ask to oversee the process or I haven't sent you a work in progress.

About Paypal:
I use invoices and paypal me linking :)

Remember to choose "goods/services" and select no address needed or i can simply send you an invoice :D!

-Please, I need ONE reference of each fursona, in DIGITAL with the original colors. I can't accept traditional drawings as a reference since the colors tend to be messed up. UNLESS you give me also the HEX or RGB codes to follow up with!
-Clothes and accessories. I need clear references of these, drawn or with real images and photos. Clothes are not my thing, so I need clear references.
-Payment in advance once you are happy with the shown WIP.

-The fursona can be feral or anthro.
-I usually work the poses myself, but if you want to, you can suggest ideas of your liking.
-After the work is then completed, it is then placed under my gallery ((commissioners are given their work by email or note by me ))

✖ If, after accepting work, I discover the customer has a past of delinquent payments, returns, or reselling, I reserve the right to refund money before work is completed, breaking the contract. If I don't like how a client is treating me I also reserve the right to refund money before work is completed, breaking the contract.
