Please be aware some orders from this round may be shipping later with our head sizer batch as they are awaiting parts. Orders waiting on head size or that gave it too late, held orders, and orders that are still awaiting approval on any part are not included in the oldest open order count.

Orders up to order #7466 should be in the current shipment. Any order after #7466 will not be in the current shipment. We limit shipments to a maximum of 100 orders per shipment including head sizers. Shipping prep can be unpredictable. We ship in a batch when all parts for each order are finished and tested. There is no exact date for when we will ship. We are not doing individual progress updates for orders. You will receive an email(s) from Trello when your parts are moved to our shipping board and an email saying your order has shipped with tracking when we are done with this batch of shipping.
