If you're considering other fandom sites, heres my review focusing on nsfw allowed and privacy. Common sense: cub, ar, AbDL, bDSM,rp, anything that makes normies squeamish is often banned even when sporadically enforced. They don't even like furries at most sites, get real. Half the Normie sites call anthro sex bestiality.

Bad but better:
Telegram: fighting with the French. Will lose. Will ban more porn. Not as private as you think but more private than discord.
4chan: no community in general but you can cultivate one

Bad for privacy and other reasons:
Twitter - login required to do almost anything. Owned by a loser who has no interest in protecting free speech. Buggy. Old posts,will be deleted when he gets bored.
Deviantart: DA did a massive purge years ago. They also gate downloads behind log in and put way too much general content behind so called "NSFW" log in gates.

They do not allow vpns and are hostile to alternate browsers, ad blockers, and tracker blockers. DA is all about tracking you. The site is unusable without JavaScript which is a security risk.
Mastodon: many instances are hostile to "cub" and even more are anti nsfw in general. Would not be surprised if ignorant mods ban ABDL in general on the belief that ABDLs are pedos. Notable exception is the pixiv instance which is banned from most other mastos.
Bluesky: I doubt you can do porn here.
Patreon: will ban you as soon as they decide your nsfw. They call hypno rape lol
Facebook: lol
Discord: bans third party scripts and clients. Nsfw is not banned but sporadically is banned. See laundry list at top. Dont get comfy, they will ban you when they feel like it. Old images are NOT saved. JS required. Can track what you type even if you delete it.

PS- stop posting PDFs they're a security vulnerability.
