Hi! I'm Inxhy, or Jak, or whatever other nickname you want to give me. I really don't mind at all. I'm writing stories! I'm just writing whatever creative fiction comes to my head, whether it's based on an existing universe or something original. I hope you end up liking my work!

I'm back! (and a week late with this)
I figured I'd say what's up here.
I am working on no schedule at all presently! I write chapters when I feel like it, and I release them when I feel that they're done.
None of this is spoilery, don't worry.
This story was originally a different story (around 200 years after the world-ending event(s)) way long ago. That character was intentionally quite villainous and had everything going for him. While I want to write a villain character (and that's what Edelis will likely be to some extent whenever/if ever she comes back), the story as a whole felt incredibly contrived. I noticed while writing the outline that each major point felt more like a history book's timeline than anything, and I was struck with magical inspiration: the characters of any post-apocalypse are already fighting echoes of a disaster. Why not more? The disasters of the original event quaked existence, sure, but what if another force made ripples in the world at large?
Then another story was written up (and chapter 1 was even put on a subreddit at one point), but that's been abandoned in favor of what we're seeing now.
To wrap it up, I want to toot my own horn and let it to be known that I work on worldbuilding when bored at work. I'm very often very bored at work. The structure of this world is stable as concrete. k BYE!
