By now there are many, many journals on what has happened, and probably a lot of them with this exact same title, but this is something worth writing about.

Even not knowing Dragoneer personally, I know they didn't deserve what was happening to them. People should be angry they didn't receive the care they needed in time, but right now we should also get the chance to take a breath and mourn.

Without Dragoneer I would not have met so many different wonderful people, and they would not have met me in turn. I would not have found so many amazing artists and their work, let alone been able to get commissions from some of said amazing artists! If not for Dragoneer and FA I wouldn't have had a good place to share all of my sketches. Even if I have issues uploading anything for a long time.

Many people would not have met or fallen in love or gotten married or be who they are today without FA, without Dragoneer. Say what you will of them, but what little experience I have and what I've heard from those I trust and love dearly he was a good person. Considerate and kind, friendlier than I think many people would expect out of a site owner. Although I think a lot of the negative or anxiety-riddled expectations are just something people get when they approach a figure that big.

No matter what anyone says Dragoneer is nothing less than a legend for what they have done for the furry community. If they must rest eternal, then I hope it is in peace and with a smile. Wherever they may be.
