Yip! Hey all! Big news-

I've been writing full-time for a while now (since 2021!) but have found that unfortunately it just isn't cutting it. I'll spare y'all the details, but in short, I've reapplied to traditional employment & landed a new job that I'll be starting next week. It's only part-time, but even that will be enough to make me considerably more than what I get from just writing along, + with the extra added benefit of leaving me enough time to actually continue writing.

And as such, I'll make this formal announcement: Commissions will be closing indefinitely. I've been wanting to shift away from paid writing work for a while now, and turn it back into a fun hobby instead of a job to pay the bills. I really want to focus more on my own personal projects and on doing fun stuff for myself and my friends, & getting more attention over on my SubscribeStar for more passive income.

Oh but, quick followup: trades & collabs are still fair game, and in fact I'm very interested in doing more of these once my schedule frees up!

Along with that, folks currently in my queue will stay there, and I'll work through y'all as you come up - but I can no longer guarantee timeframes on those pieces! It's gonna be weird being able to write without paying attention to a word counter. But also, I can't discount the thought that, chances are, I may still have to take the occasional comm to cover some bases, so if that happens then the first place to get those offers will be my SubscribeStar and my Telegram channel. As of right now, I'm planning to leave my story sketch reward SS slots up (since let's face it, that's where most of that income comes from), and I believe there might still be an open slot for that if anyone's interested.
