I draw Pokémon anthros, Hollow Knight, Kirby’s and many other things- usually videogame related.
My pokesona is a Uxie who comes with MANY alt forms, as well as genderbends.

I draw a mix of SFW, pinups/ nudity, porn and silly things.
Expect some scenery work and more artistic pieces from me too. I like to experiment and try new and different things!
Also world building, a lot of my OCs have a world that they live in and I want to flesh it out as much as possible, and possibly tell some stories, etc!
Currently getting into animation and looking into making music and maybe 3D modelling.

DeviantArt user making models without permission (G)

Sorry to break the hiatus for a moment, but something’s come up.
I don't really know how to handle this situation, but I'd like to at least address a user on Deviant Art, GeorgeMarina who is taking peoples art and/or characters, without permission, and making 3d models out of them to sell.
I was never asked for permission, so I can only assume others artists were not asked either.
Of course I must make it clear, do not attack them, I just want to let you know whats happening, and perhaps ask for a little advice on what to do.
They decided to take Aubrey, my Gholdengo character and plan to sell a model

I was completely unaware of this, I'd never seen the user before, I just so happened to stumble across it while looking at Gholdengo art on DeviantArt.
While I am irritated, I do give credit that the model looks pretty damn good. But I'm really unhappy with them selling my creations for their profit.
Thats just kinda scummy, right?
At the same time, I do not own the actual pokemon, of course. And Aubrey's design is very simple, it will easily be seen as just any other anthro gholdengo.
The main thing I take issue with is money being involved.
I attempted to DM them, to try to come to terms on something, but they just blocked me without a word.
I'm not mad, just disappointed.
But I would like to make this very clear.
Please do NOT make 3D models of my art/ characters without ASKING for permission.
Most of my OCs im not willing to have modeled, some random pokemon designs I may be more okay with.
If they put the model up elsewhere on some 3d model site, I guess you can just report it?
As far as DeviantArt is, they won't do anything because ofc I dont post my nsfw stuff there, and they only will act on in-site issues.
But here's the thing.
Am I taking it too personally? Should I just not be bothered? Does it really matter?
I know a buncha you guys would probably enjoy a 3d model of her, but I'd rather have one made by someone I trust, yknow?
What is your take on all this? I'd really like to hear what you think,as im too uncertain myself.
