By buying - or obtaining through other means - a character, outfit, item or any other digital design created by me, Liinaii, you agree to these terms of sale and ownership.


Payment
Payment is done through PayPal must be in USD.
When paying for a Custom:
Via Paypal - Do not send the payment, instead give me your PayPal email (you can send it though note if you want) and I will send you an invoice for you to pay. You will not receive the full, un-watermarked version until you have paid. If you refuse to pay after I am finished OR you issue a chargeback I have the right to claim the design for myself to either to keep or sell as I see fit.
When paying for a pre-made design:
Via Paypal - Send the money only after I have accepted your claim on the design and have asked you to send the payment. Include your username in the payment note when you are paying. If you issue a chargeback I have the right to claim the design for myself to either to keep or sell as I see fit.

Trading/Swapping/Gifting/Reselling
The person you are giving the design to must read and agree to my TOS before you give them the design.
Trading/Swapping
Any design, regardless of whether you got it for free or not, can always be traded or swapped.
Gifting
Any design, regardless of whether you got it for free or not, can always be gifted to someone else.
Reselling
A design can be resold, but only if it was obtained through a flat sale, auction, or OTA; designs obtained through free raffles or given out as gifts can not be resold.
You may ask for more than you bought it for, BUT only if you have put obvious effort into the character. This includes commissioned art and art you have done yourself. I ask that you do not include gifted or free art in the final price as it is discourteous to the person who has given you art for free.

Edits
Edits to a non-species design
they are ok, you can edit to your heart's content.
Edits to a species design
you must get my approval before you make the edits official.
minor edits are ok (hair style/body-build/color palette tweaks) and I will almost always okay them.
major edits (changing traits, complete color palette changes) are only allowed with my express permission beforehand.


I, Liinaii, hold the right to edit, add, or remove any or all rules within this document.
