TERMS OF SERVICE!

1. Payment

Half of the payment will be requested up front. Paypal is preferred. Upon completion of the commissioned work, the other half will be requested as well the finalized artwork is released. Customer satisfaction is my primary concern, so art work will typically be finished within a week or two of starting, but may take longer if the commission is especially complex. Patreon backers are elligible for 15% off of any commissions with me!

2. Copyright and distribution

I retain the right to anything I produce, and I retain the right to include your commission in sold works of my own such as prints, digitially distributed or printed portfolios. Unless otherwise stated, the commissioner may re-distributed commissioned artwork, use it as an icon/profile image on your accounts, print it for yourself as a badge/ etc, color or ink it or have another artist color or ink it. The commissioner MAY NOT use the commissioned artwork to generate revenue for anyone without my permission.

3. What I will not draw

I'm pretty open minded to drawing most kinks in artwork but I do have some exceptions.
I will NOT draw: Gore, Scat, Vore, Inflation, Ferals, Birthing, or anything too "extreme"

4. Revisions and Refunds

Revisions are allowed during the sketch stage but once color is added only minor revisions will be allowed without an increase in price. If a refund is requested during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 60% of what you've paid upfront. If you choose to cancel anytime after the sketch stage, you may be refunded up to 40%. Partial refunds or bonus work offered if I take more than a month to complete your commission after starting, and if it takes more than two months (which it shouldn't) full refunds will be offered.
