Hello, I'm more of a writer than an artist but I'm trying to improve on the latter.
As far as anything particular, considering this site, I'm probably the oddest mix of furry and normal you'll find. I have Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and PTSD (big 4 for neurodivergent I hear, but purportedly 3 of those happen commonly together) As well as physically disabled with Rhumetoid Arthritis and Erlos Dandros. Despite that I'm, thus far, a straight male; no girlfriend though.
Hail from the Illinois side of the St Louis area, and going for a Computer Engineering degree at SUIE. Not often a talker other than to the teacher or anyone on a project with me while in class, but I'm quite chatty otherwise if not distracted.
As for anything 'quirky' with me. I tend to have a thing for latex and fluffy plush textiles, but neoprene is not a good sound to my ears when being rubbed, it actively bothers them... that and styrofoam.
I tend to have quite a bit of pathos on my mind. And despite what I write and fave, I'm not that much into playing as someone's dog or workhorse. Even when it comes to drones, I'm a bit iffy on losing agency. I remember a quote from one of Edgar Allen Poe's poems somewhat aligned to this, "Don't go quietly into that good night." Don't be willing to give up agency so easily... You sometimes don't know who will miss the old you if you do.
Characters... Species... I've got quite a few, considering I've been writing since I was 16. A habit of using my own name partly lingers sometimes. My main OC in most of my stories is a human dragon shifter in some respects, but the character's traits differ between my NSFW and SFW, which is currently unpublished, stories.
I only have two unique species to me, both of them in 'The Fractured Soul.'
The first being the Milksnake; purple cobra hooded nagas with the standing height of an adult human. They're the only entity species in that book (currently.) They have a dual sourced diet, first from solid food, particularly fish, and another from positive emotions when coiled around someone. They can procure food editable to most herbivores and omnivores, though how is unknown.
The other being the voidlings; long life span, translucent blue bodies, and looking like a mishmash of different species while slightly floating. Other than once being reclusive, there's not a lot I currently wrote out.
The only species I use regularly, that isn't entirely my own, would be the infested. Inspired by one of Digital Extremes' factions in Warframe. My Infested is hive-minded but mutulistic to any carbon-based species it encounters, rather than being a parasitoid. They hail from a tidally locked, habitable moon in the orbit of another habitable exoplanet, roughly the size of the Earth. Most physical conditions they can remedy by infusing their mass into a subject, often discreetly afterward unless they're replacing a limb or covering an open wound. They can create food for their patients if need be and can feed off of most plant-based matter e.g. paper products, PLA and PHA plastic, natural wood products.
I'm not afraid to chat, time permitting.
I also live stream on twitch, or at least try to, every Saturday around 1pm CST

May need some characters to include in A Fresh Start.

I'm going to start on the Abnormally Corp interview in the next one, and I may need some for future parts too. I do have some criteria for them.
1: they need to have some sort of power or specific property to them. Moreso beyond basic spells or pokemon moves and teleportation. I'm think magic more specialized to a certain facet of physics or they're made from rubber or plush. Something outside typical pokemon capability might work too.
2: can't be extremely overwhelming sort of power (moreso not overwhelming and turned to evil). I'm not looking for cosmic horror level entities akin to H.P. Lovecraft's. Entities on the level of Sethrin's nexus creatures may work though.
3: I don't need the lead of some massive drone organization. I'm not at the point of needing a climatic event currently. Might shoe horn them in midway through but not as an obvious antagonist.
Also note that I need to keep things going so unless they're usually passive or helpful they won't come out on top, but will probably have the usual antics in there.
