here are some of the prices i do for commissions on average:
Vrchat avatar from scratch: 600-900+€
Vrchat avatar edits + retextures or rigging: 100-350€
The prices changes a lot depending on the level of detail and features you'll want and everything is negotiable in DMs.

Most used softwares: Blender, Substance Painter, 3dsmax, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Unity, houdini
