-If for any reason I am unable to start/finish your commission you will receive a full refund.

-You can cancel your slot before I start working on it.

-If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

-I hold the right to deny working on commissions for any reason, personal or professional.

-Don't send me any payment before I have requested you to do so.

-Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image(s), sent through either a third party site or direct means.

-I'll automatically reject your slot if you are under 18 year old.

-You, as a client, have the right to a good service. Please point out any and all mistakes you find in the piece and any inconsistencies in this document.

-I, Nokami(The Artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online including my portfolio.

-You (The Client):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may choose to remain anonymous when the artwork is posted.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, Especially NFTs.
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for AI training of any kind.
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for propaganda or any political campaign (NO MATTER THE SIDE).

Blacklisting:
Any and all blacklisted clients/people are never considered to commissions, will be blocked in any and all social media and will be reported publicly. Once blacklisted, you may not to be forgiven.
-The following offenses are liable to Blacklisting
Buying, Trading, Owning or Minting any NFT especially if said NFT is of my art.
Using my art for AI training.
Intentionally breaking Terms and Rules as told above.
Harassment (Especially during the commission process)
Scamming me or any other artists
