So what's a Snow Lion?
Snow lions are mythical creatures. They live on the highest mountain peaks, and sometimes act as a sort of guardian angel. They're protective, playful, filled with fearless joy, and bestow healing magic through their paws.
My foray into fursuiting began when I chose the snow lion as a sort of personal mascot. Snow lions were a symbol of something greater than myself that I wanted to be more like. It was very much an inward-looking choice... but it grew into something bigger than I had imagined and began to turn my gaze outward. Joy will do that to you. So will healing. They are things you get by giving. I still have so far to go, but I am blessed that God has brought me on this strange and wonderful journey.
