And to keep it short, I survived.

For those who are interested in the details, basically I had to make an emergency call a few days after new year because I couldn't breathe well and they had to break into my house to do cpr on me first thing because I was completely out of it. I was sedated and brought over to the hospital because I had a goiter on my neck that was keeping the blood from flowing and later on I was confirmed positive on COVID as well which complicated the surgery a bit. So I was three weeks in the ICU room, and still under sedation with many, many allucinations until they could perform the surgery and things went relatively well. Then I spent another long time in the hospital room by my own when I was fully conscious just to recover before they sent me back home.

I need to take it really easy now because my mobility isn't the same. I never felt so dependable before and I have nightmares every night after finding out everything that happened and how many people were so concerned about my well being. So, still recovering on my end, and I hope I can go back to my life soon enough.

Normally I don't use Journals often to talk about myself but in this case I felt like a lot of people needed to know, and I can't personally reach out to each one of you right now.

Now I just need to shake off this fear and get some real rest. Never felt so scared in my life but I guess it's a process I will have to get through.
