Please read before considering commissioning

By being accepted for a suit from The Makers Den you accept to work with us and agree to these terms and conditions.

Quotes

Quotes are given out in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Quotes do not count as commission slot or holds you a commission slot Quotes are strictly an estimate of the overall price and are subject to change between finalizing commission period if you have been accepted. You will be notified as soon as any changes have been made.

Ordering

You must be over the age of 18 to enter an agreement with us. If you are under the legal age we require parents or legal guardians to contact us/permission (exceptions can be made).

If your commission is accepted Custom characters are required to fill out the commission form and to have a clear 2-3 View reference of there character. You must have a clear view of the front, back, arms, legs, tail, and head.

We will do our best to work with you to get the exact colors and fur types you had in mind, but it is not guaranteed due to limited stock and what is available at the time. 

We will only create original characters who are owned by the client. We will not make fursuit of characters based on movies/shows and or characters who below to other clients.

Shipping Estimates

I ship World Wide.

Shipping Estimates Australia: $ 35 (Aud)
Shipping Estimates USA: $ 105 (Aud)

Shipping prices are estimates and are subject to change when comes to shipping your commission due to each commission is different in size/weight/ Counter/ State

You will be notified as soon as possible with the final shipping cost ones your commission is complete.
A suit will not be shipped until shipping amount is received.


Starting Prices Estimates

All plantigrade fursuits need DTDs
these estimates do not include shipping.

Fursuit Heads: $200AUD +
Partial FursuIits: $400 AUD +
Full Plantigrade Fursuits: $1000AUD +

Things I do not offer.

Moving jaws
Full Digitlgrade
Piercings
Changeable expressions
Long hair styles
Body padding and digitigrade .
'Tattoo' markings (or small intricate markings that are too fidgety to sew).
Colour blending furs/airbrushing
Realistic suits
Artistic liberty suits

Payments

The payment will be made via an invoice using stripe with a credit/debit or other forms of cards.

A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your commission spot NOTHING is started until 50% of payment has been made. A monthly Scheduled payment plan can arranged Between buyer and maker.

If a period of time goes passed without Scheduled payment being made or any reason to why we have the right to cancel your commission and keep the 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Refunds

Once a costume is complete, a refund is no longer available.
If a commission happens to be canceled during construction, a refund will be warranted based on what work has already been done by calculated the hours worked on the suit and materials used. We hold the right to refuse and refund in full at our own discretion.

Work in Progress

Usually, we may post a picture on twitter from time to time.
Work in progress photos can slow down production.
We will send you fur to be approved if there are options that need to be made.

Deadlines

We do not have absolute deadlines or starting times, just estimates. As we are a small business and things can come up to push dates back further.

Warranty

All suits we make have a 60-day major repairs warranty for free fix-ups if anything on your costume has been damaged at my fault from the date of shipping.

This includes:

* Fix damaged paw pads
* Fix damaged zippers
* Eyes coming out
* Ears coming off
* nose coming off
* Teeth/tongue
* Tail coming off

The client will pay for the shipment coast to be sent back but I will pay for the return fee.

All suits also come with a basic lifetime warranty from the date of shipping.

This includes:

* Basic repairs and fix-ups on the suite
* Ripped items
* Seems coming apart
* small Holes

Anything within the major repair warranty after the 60 days are not covered by the basic lifetime warranty and any fixes that are “major” will require additional repair coast. All basic lifetime warranty repairs The client will pay for the shipment coast to and from the workshop after the 60 days are up. basic repairs are allowed by the client and will not void the 60-day warranty or basic lifetime warranty.

Any major repairs done within the 60 days by the client will void the warranty and the client will be required to pay a fee found in the “Repair” section.

Repairs

After your 60-day major repairs warranty is up, you may still get major repairs done from us if you fursuit is damaged.
Pricing for repairs will be based on $30 (AUD) per hour for my work plus material costs.
The client is responsible for the shipment cost to and from the workshop for major repairs after your 60-day major repairs warranty is up.

For all basic lifetime warranty repairs, the client is responsible for the shipment cost to and from the workshop after your 60-day warranty is up.
Basic repairs are allowed by the client.

we will only do repair work on The Makers Den suits, we will not do repair work of another maker suites.
