While I don't know how long he has been doing this, I'd suggest you take a look at 
nanoff 's gallery!
Personally I like seeing his quite fast development as I go through the gallery from oldest pics to newest, start with traditional, pencil and paper, he is now diligently working on mastering digital art as well, as you can see from the last few examples, alongside one with yours truly. The other character in the picture is one he's made recently and seems to be developing well! So if you want to learn more about the coach and Nanoff's other characters, do give the gallery a look, will ya?
