ADOPTABLES:
Most adoptables I post here are closed. As in closed species, so if your adopting one then it means there are strict terms since I would like to be aware when my designs get passed around.

1) You cannot re-sell the design or change the species at all. You also can not take things off the character (example if it has wings it ALWAYS has wings this being that there is a more rare one in the species without you can not alter the gem on their chest example for the Mood stone foxes as a split gem is marked as ultra rare to add this would be an added fee)
2) Changing the design is not allowed the design must remain recognizable to its original, color alterations to designs are very iffy. You may lighten or darken that color but not change it : example dark blue may be lightened to a light blue but not changed to green or pink ect. Gender changing is okay, along with adding accessories, or splitting the tounge.
3) If you do not want the character anymore you can contact me and I will either take the character back or give permission to resell it at the price you bought it for. Art trades for characters cannot be re-sold unless beinng sold with artwork you PAID for goes with them.
4) You cannot alter the base traits of the species personality wise or such as the a closed species has specific behavioural traits.
5) You need to be okay with some characters having sibling counter parts meaning same base design different color pallet.
6) Any major changes must be brought up and confirmed with me before it happens, some changes require an extra fee if it is to large a change.

If you are adopting a closed species this means you need to join the group for it on deviant art /and or read the information on the species before the adoption is finalized.
If you are in violations for the terms of service I reserve the right to take back the character and re-sell it or keep it. No blocking me or deleting will not help you I have many friends on here as well as if I see the character posted any where with severe changes I can report you after a warning for copy right infringement.

Please be respectful of my rights as an artist and my rights to the closed species I created with a friend.


Art Trades:
I will do art trades if I like your style art and know that I can get it done in a reasonable time frame I can add you to a waiting list but I usually request your part is done first, you don't have to post or show me it until my part is done, but I do request this as I have done an art trade with someone and they never did their part of it. Not a big loss but still. Must be at my art level, or slightly below.


Commissions: These will always take priority over art trades as this is not just for fun/ exposure. This is me actually being paid for the work I do. Commissions are relatively cheap and I do not take payment until the photo is done completely, the only reason my commission prices will exceed affordable amounts is for girl on girl sex, boy on boy sex or extremely large works NSFW commissions only come with fully colored background and shaded, starting price for NSFW is $60.00 and goes up depending on the nature of the work. I only do a few types of works for commissions which is the outline no background ($5), fully colored no background slight shading goes up depending on character complexity ($10) goes up depending on character complexity, and Fully colored shaded and background ($15) goes up depending on character complexity, Furry art starts at $30 and goes up with character complexity and weather its 1/2 body or full. prices varies on types of commission if you want more then 1 character then its $2 per character, if their is 10+ characters the price jumps to $25 and an added 2$ per character after 10 characters, I ask for at least 2 weeks time to get the work done as I do have an injured wrist on my drawing hand and can only ever draw for a certain amount of time during that day and need motivation, however I will gladly have it done usually within 1-5 business days, but again ask the 2 week time frame.Larger works may take longer. I can give out my personal fb, so you can get immediate messages over how the work is coming and for when the piece is done it can be directly sent to you, same works for email. I do ask that once you have the art if you post it you link people back to me to further help me get commissions as this is my only source of income at this time, the art that is done will be posted on 3 sites which you will receive the links for when you receive the piece.

Rules: you do not have to provide photos of your art, just link me to a folder or something in your gallery, and I can and will look for myself, if I do an art trade with you more then likely I will add you to my watch list.
Don't expect me to always say yes im working towards my GED and other things, such as real life personal issues and usually use art as an escape and if im constantly saying yes I wont do very good work.
IN REGARDS TO BOTH COMMISSIONS AND ART TRADES:
I cannot draw humanoid, human or anything remotely close to that very well even furry characters are pretty difficult.
I can and will draw most types of animals even though I have my weaknesses, such as reptiles, amphibians, and I will not do any spider like stuff >.< Terrified of those things. Anyways I can draw dear, sheep, wolves, cats, rabbits, birds, almost any animal that isn't scaly, or buggy and 8 legged. I wont really turn commissions or art trades away unless I strongly believe for one reason or another (That I will always provide) that I cannot or will not be able to complete it. I love doing art and I don't make a habit of wanting to do it for money, though it is a good source of income for me to one day commission an artist i adore so sort of why I do prefer commission work, however art trades are great too cause I get to draw other characters for other people make them happy get my character in another style back, and all at the same time get exposure to help get a little more recognized.
