Adopt and Custom Rules

Upon buying a adopt or ordering a custom design from me, you are agreeing to the following rules and terms of service.

Adopt and Custom Rules:

Upon purchasing an adopt/custom from me, you are gaining full ownership of the design, there for you can use it for personal or commercial use.



    You are required to give credit to me as the designer at least once after purchase.



    Uploading your new adopt/custom to your profile is perfectly fine!



    Purchasing a adopt/custom for a friend is perfectly okay! Just let me know of the owner.



    Trading your adopt/custom is perfectly fine if you lose connection.



    Reselling your adopt/custom is perfectly fine as well, however you can only resell them for the amount you paid unless it comes with commissioned work.



    If I don't receive an answer from you within 24 hours of confirming you've won an auction or got the clear to purchase an adopt, you run the risk of losing the adopt.



    If this happens the next person in line will be free to claim the adopt once approached.

Customs:

    When ordering a custom please state the type you would like. Base/ Base edit/ Freehand



    Have a general idea of what you would like. Theme/ fusion etc



    Inspiration and references are always welcome!



    Customs will take roughly 7-14 days depending on details/ life/ custom ques.



    A form will be requested to be filled in prior to ordering.

Auctions:

    When placing a bid you are stating you have the funds on hand.



    If you place a bid, don't hide/delete your comment.



    Only bid if you are serious about purchasing the adopt.



    Auctions will always end 24 hours after the last bid unless stated otherwise on the adopt post.



    Upon placing a bid, please reply to the previous bidder to keep things neat and tidy.



    Don't be a sore loser if you don't win an adopt. Harassing or causing a scene will have you blacklisted and blocked



    I can end auctions early if I think it will not go any further.

Flat Rate:

    Flat rate adopts are first in, first served.



    Holds for flat rate adopts is a maximum of 48 hours unless a date is stated.



    If you wish for an adopt to be placed on hold, ask.



    If holds are available, it will be stated on the adopts post.



    Sold adopts on a mix sheet will be listed in the title, description and on the deviation its self.

Payments:

    Payment will be made through paypal invoice or paypal.me depending on price.



    Payment currency is USD



    Payment must be made within 24 hours unless discussed prior.



    Payment is to be made upfront unless discussed prior



    Payment plans are welcome, however you wont receive your adopt/custom till payment has been received in full.



    Plans available are 2-4 payments depending on the price of the adopt.



    I don't do refunds on adopts/customs. If a charge-back is made through paypal one of the following will happen:



    1) If I, as the artist, lose money due to your charge-back after I have already delivered the design, you will lose all ownership of the design. I as the artist will also be blacklisting you from further purchases and am free to resell the design to another person.



    2) If I as the artist, win the charge back, you will remain the owner of the design however you will be blacklisted from further purchasing adopts or customs from me.

After payment:

 Once payment has been received, you will be noted an unmarked version of your adopt/custom once finished.



    Only small changes can be made depending on the base used.
