Kill him before he become second-form , and you should kill thoes two annoying cats first

If you want to tame/catch proto behemoth , Then you have to kill him first (yes , kill him before second form) and while if you killed it and proto-behemoth didn't become an crystal then you just re-battle it ,Keep repeat that until you saw he become crystal.
