This is Splash the Riolu, one of my little sub-characters I throw about to different RPs for the fun of it. If you're curious about the name, it's because Lucario (Riolu's evolved form) is the "Wave" Poke'mon... (darned iMac has no accented "e"), and Splash is the result of a Lucario/Floatzel pairing. One of the VERY few egg group combos that I find to be too adorable for words. ;3
