It kinda boggles my mind. Less than one year ago my life was the same as it'd been for years. I worked at Shell, brought home a somewhat decent paycheck (it paid for what I needed it to anyways), and for the most part my life was simple.

Then I got three complaints to corporate on me in one week and I got handed an ultimatum, "Kiss their asses or get out". After thinking on it and realizing that this job really did suck pretty badly I opted for the latter. It paid well, but good gods did I hate it. Seriously, do a search on FA for 'customer disservice'. I did a whole comic series about working there that wound up being upwards of fifty comics long.

After that I wound up working at a temp agency and eventually, that september, moved out to St. Louis to live with my then-packmates  Trynity and  Pearboi. After failing to find full time work in six months time and, privately, realizing that I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of a poly-relationship after all I moved back to Edgewood. Right after getting back my mate at the time,  Lexi_E_Greywinds and I broke up as well.

Well, after that I went out and enrolled in college and, after a bit of thinking, I hooked up with someone who I'd been attracted to for a long time,  LunarNio. I'd known her since before I'd even met Lexi, but circumstances caused her to vanish off the face of the internet for several months and by the time she'd returned I'd already met Lexi. I figured this time I didn't want the chance to go by.

As of now I'm on Spring Break from college, working at Speedway part time (Shell in Kentucky, Circle K in St. Louis, and now a Speedway in Kentucky. I have come full circle), and I'm going to take my driving test in May.

Oh, and my hair I got cut off right before I came back from St. Louis.

A bit of irony. I've been listening to Pandora Radio on my computer while writing this and I just realized it's been playing Winds of Change by Scorpions. o_o; This thing creeps me out sometimes.
