So the mouth is beneath the beak. Thats killer. I always thought they had a regular owl beak and head otherwise

Yeah, it's kinda like a hidden mouth.
Kinda ups the creepy factor, even though it's cute.

the beak kinda acts like a bear nose, the design is so freaking wicked.

Id love to see a barn owl version of an owlbear. I bet they look pretty neat

Or better yet, one of those tiny ones that almost look like a Furby. I think its a Screech owl that Im describing there
