This was an image I just couldn't get out of my head when the idea popped in XD
I began wondering what my resident bunnygirl, Melon, would look like as an Auran Sage, and this was the result. Like Tenefer, her story began forming in front of my mind's eye almost my itself.

Melon, in this particular continuity, was born in raised in the windy valleys of Giaran, a peaceful location far from the strife of the east. However, Melon found herself to be called to explore the world beyond the mountains bordering her home, and as an Auran trained by one of the region's foremost Sages, she knew she possessed the ability to look after herself on her journey. Traveling through the grassy plains and farmland, she sees a vast, wondrous world to explore.
Like most sages (especially those from the warm regions she grew up in), her garb is minimal in design and function. Also owning to her species natural presumptions toward fertility, her outfit connects with that in form (the hip chain, short loincloth, etc.). Of course, she may be naive but she's not unarmed, should she have to defend herself. Aside from the combat training of the Sages and the powers of the Aurans (hers is super speed), she also has Verrocite weaponry in the form of twin sai that can retract into her gauntlets (you can see one of them on her left arm here). Those barbed bracelets on her arms hurt, too =P

Hmm... I still need some work on hands, and now that I sit back and look at it, I think the upperbody and head seem to be a bit larger than previously thought *rubs chin* And that waist is... a bit too small... XD Ah well, I can improve on the next design then :p
