This bodysuit (as the head) was done by Winfox. I use a similar technic to sew my bodysuits. But the hardest part is to find a fur which can be a bit stretchy without being too long. I'm using almost cheap chinese fun fur, you can see it in my old red vixen fursuit, it's not very good, but it's kind of stretchy, and wifox use the fur made by a local ukrainian company which is much more nicer and stretchy than mine.

You're kind of lucky, the fur I've found to be the nearest than Winfox fur is from a company in the UK.

it's the W160, it's cheap and not really top of the hill of furs, but it's a bit dense, can stratch a bit, and it's pretty short.
The one from Winfox, you can only find it in a few shops in Ukraine, and they don't seems to want to bother to sell outside of the country.

Formfitting suits usually ask a lot of repairs, because the fur is less stretchy than the skin, but with a good duct tape dummy as a model you can move without too much trouble. You'll have to check carefully and make regular repairs after outings, so that you don't have something that could break for your next event.
Some people are using velvet Lycra, I did used that one too in the past, and it's perfect for dancing and moving.
But you need to avoid the shiny one, it doesn't work great for fursuit.
Or if you want a very specific fur and you want it to be as stretchy than lycra, you can order some to nft http://www.nftech.com but it's really expensive.

If you want to do a skin tight fursuit, and want to be able to move in it, when you will do your duct tape dummy, don't be too straight in it. Bend your knees and arm like you were pretending to drive a Harley Davidson. Even if your fur isn't that stretchy, it will help when you'll need to make large movements in your fursuit.
And when using it as a pattern for your bodysuit, try to make as many cut than necessary to make it flat.
The more part you've got, the more you will be able to move in it.
If you don't have a serger machine, try to learn some overlocking stitches, it helps when you want to sew stretchy fabric without worrying about the stitches breaking.
