Weeeeeeeell not exactly human but he sort of looks human...if you remember this mother fucker then you were a 90s kid like me that grew up with the cartoon series Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog aka AOSTH.

The dude is badass cause he's gets the ass and by that I mean Breeze a nice piece of ass....instead of Sonic always getting the babes he gets a good one that liked him for him and there sort of the same...there both robots XD and he's just one of DR. ROBOTNIK failed creations since Robotnik JR became a good guy.
