Just some progress shots of a mask I was commissioned to make for someone on DA, who has asked me not to say what it is yet, but I will tell you (if you can't tell) that it is going to be a big cat.

And now you can see my way of mask making with foam. Not much of a tutorial though, but I just make a sort of "welder mask" type thing and then build on from there. The jaw gave me some issues, but I did get it to work as much as I can.
