born a furred dragon, Negatraz was lost as a child in a war and carried along the ocean all the way to Chinese waters, the local eastern dragons adopted him and granted him the name ShueLong(水龍) along with minor water manipulation powers to let him live underwater in the palace. He has spent most of his childhood mastering the art of water movement and control. as he approach his adulthood he decided to leave his home and explore the land above.

ShueLong have the ability to conjure small amount of water (roughly 3 times the size of his body) and control them as a power granted by his adopted family. he also had the ability to grow wings and fly, however he does not know about this.

I really should've submitted this a long time ago. He is a character I adopted from  Reizakirga a while back, and has became my official fursona for the time being.
