I drew this last year for a sketch book assignment to see how much I could push myself when drawing a glass object for the first time. Drawing it took well over 3 hours in one sitting, and though the result wasn't perfect I really do love how well it turned out. I still remember my boyfriend reaching out jokingly toward the image, as if to pick it up, when I first showed it to him. haha, good times
