well, figuring the ratio sizes, i would suppose a tank shell would be able to make as much harm.

I'm almost certain a fin stabilized discarding sabot round would go through a macro.

High-explosive armor piercing or squash head, I'm less certain about, I think they'd just blow a crater in flesh, kill by shock, blood-loss and massive trauma. Less humane, one would think.
