Sorry folks. No dual POV here.

This is my first foray into the darker areas of my mind. Prior to '00, he'd only been a loose concept floating in and out of my creative consciousness. I finally decided to flesh him out a bit on a trip to California with my college choir. I tried in every concieveable fashion to make him normal enough to eke through society, but disturbing enough to truly frighten.
Real validation came when, after I had shown him to some of my friends, one girl practically jumped out of her seat. She told me that he looked exactly like one of her nightmares one night.
She never did ask to look at my drawings much after that.
