Hot dogs are awesome and even better when grilled and topped with caramelized onions and spicy mustard. Pickles are good on a hot dog but chopped into relish is a little better since it's easier to eat then.

Now for the more "obviously innuendo-based", this would have been even more dirty (if that were possible) if the hot dog had mayonnaise and it were all around Joshua's lips and cheeks. Only then would it have completely fallen into the "gutter". X3
