G'DAY MATE!!
So I DID actually draw this on Australia Day (Sunday 26th) but I was at a house with no wifi for a BBQ and forgot to upload it yesterday when I got home X3
I can't think of any time that I have seen a tasmanian devil anthro o.o Like, ever. EVER. NOBODY I know or see has a tassie devil fursona. Also, Confurgence has chosen to donate to the tasmanian devils for the charity of the con next year, so I thought this also made it fitting.

Heheh. To be fair, I remember the last couple of times we were celebrating Australia day I'd complained about being the only person my age there -- My sister and the other 'young' people had gone out drinking, and I wasn't old enough to join them. Not too fun being incapable of joining in on discussion for an entire night with nothing to do.
But I'm sure at some point I'll wind up dragging some people together to do a similar thing.

honestly I'm kinda glad all my family is spread out now and we don't do the whole family christmas/easter gathering thing any more. I just see my parents on occasion. I spend all the other holidays/occasions with David and friends now. Much more relaxed and fun!
Heheh. I can certainly see where you're coming from...
Though really for me it's mostly because I just don't much like large family gatherings that I'm obliged to go to so I can sit around and listen to parents talk about what I'm [usually not actually] doing rather than any degree of relaxation not having them would afford.
