As someone who doesn't play the Sonic games, and has no fond, nostalgic memories for his old games, I think the new design makes sense for the character, lol.

I like the new designs, just as long as they stay good and Spindly 2020 doesn't actually happen. I wasn't really happy with how Knuckles looked at first, but after seeing some gameplay I think his new design works well.

Hope so =P I certainly hope the game turns out well. An outside studio might actually be a good idea.

I guess the problem I have is now their faces don't match with the rest of them, to me. They still have cartoonish exaggerated heads similar to the cuter shorter versions... but they're like people sized, which I find a bit freaky =j I unno

Yeah, I get what you mean. I just really hope that this game marks a turnaround for the franchise, since (from what I've heard) Sonic Lost Worlds was such a let down.

Never played Lost Worlds either. Watched the cutscenes though =P

Apparently the parkour thing kind of wrecked the game for a lot of people. *shrugs* It seemed like kind of an odd mechanic to introduce anyway.
