its from an anime. its called Sgt Frog. its really funny. think invader zim mixed with anime. the entire story is taht like 6 or 7 of these frog alien things are sent to earth to disable stuff. well, while they're on the planet they get discovered by this family and that forces the invasion fleet to call of the attack and go back home before it even begins.
