Something I started to have in mind while my mom was in the hospital when I still thought she could survive. I do live in a city, but we do have a small garden in my house, a garden that both my dad and mom did over the years since I'm like 8 years old, it's not so big but it has two trees, grass, and some other plants. Weeks ago I lay down with my dog on the grass for the first time in our garden, I did that just to remember how it felt laying on grass, it felt great. Even if the garden is surrounded by big walls, a building, and cars/trucks can be heard, that moment felt like, some kind of void, I couldn't listen anything anymore, neither perceive the big walls, I only saw the clouds and enjoy some seconds of peace. Then my mom was there and she kindly laughed because I was there with Sonny my dog, both of us laying on the grass, that's one of the last good scenes/memories I have from her, that's why I did this.
I miss her so much, she would be probably using this as her desktop :c

I made her to love Rammstein, she didn't like it until she saw a video from the song Links 2 3 4, she was surprised of how artistic it was, then slowly she fell in love with Rammstein, because that's how Rammstein is, art. I used to annoy her with this "Mutter" song.... Mutter Mutter! then hugs :c

I am really sorry to hear about your loss. Reminds me a lot of when my grandmother dyed in very similar circumstances ( minus the surgery ).
*sigh*
I wish there was something I could say to... give some seance to it all... but I don't know what would.
Stay strong, and continue doing what you like doing is my best advice... good luck...
