Adopted Sigilyph: Wren Olmos
Originally designed by
Blink, I was positively giddy to start forming a story around this girl! Things just fell in place around her very nicely, I look forward to working more with her character and the unusual tale she takes part in!
Wren is a biologist studying bird pokemon, particularly the mythic ones! She loves all manner of feathered birds, and has been fascinated by them since childhood! She's easy to get along with, though she greatly values the time spent alone, researching. She uses Fly to reach the highest nests and see what can only be seen from a bird's eye view (her arms morph into wings, when necessary), and has been known to stay perched up in a tree with a flock of birds for weeks at a time. Bright, but not especially prepared to defend herself, it's a good thing her expedition party can rely on the talents of one Lilita Grimhilt to look out for them amongst the dangers of the jungle!
Look at this cutie, how could I NOT throw money at Blink

I'm glad her name is in the title because I suck at reading unown. Every time I see something spelled with them it's like I'm back in 1st grade where I struggled for like 5 minutes to read "animal". /randomchildhoodmemoryIforcedintothiscomment
S'a pro design, though. BD Iunno how y'all anthro so well, but don't ever stop

I am ok at it, only a few letters trip me up, like Z and S and that one that looks like a weird drawing of a potato giving birth (Q) I went through this phase as a kid where I was obsessed with writing unown, so I practiced a lot for no reason BD See look, I responded to your cool childhood memory with a random one I forced in of my own! u party ANIMAL, u

I've seen that on a few other characters from different series. One half of the shirt not properly tucked in.
And I always wonder how these character manage that. It just seems so odd to accidentally have half of your shirt sticking out like that.
Well, I shouldn't dwell on it.
An interesting choice, to have a Flying Pokémon studying bird Pokémon.

I have as well, I just thought it would give a nice sort of look to the drawing, though I think she'll mostly go about with her shirt tucked in properly... I never really thought about it before, but it does seem like it'd be a weird thing, having only half your shirt tucked in all the time without noticing. XD It also doesn't seem like a good idea when you're tromping around a scary jungle like this girl is! Who knows what kind of nasty bugs could get under that untucked shirtflap? D:
I toyed with a bunch of different ideas fo for arms, I could easily see her flying around and birdwatching... But I suppose it is also slightly narcissistic to study flying types when you are one! XD
