It's a 2on2 match. Rick's got his bath brush, Shiro's got his shrinkmaster 5000. All the while, Karishad's wields dual symbolizer pistols, and Tahoe's all evil looking, geared up in a devil costume with a pitchfork. ;3
Commission for fuzzypaws. According to him, the match is a no-contest, with predicted winners being Rick and himself. ;)
Twas a fun pic to do, and it took way longer than it should've, but there were a lot of things going on in my life at the time. It's amazing how many things this commission has seen in my life. A lot of ups and downs.

Heh I meant be able to color and draw well. Anyone can draw, but what defines a good artist is being able to draw in a way that makes it look lively, not flat. When non-artists draw, comes out flat. It is all about knowing how lines should curve and overlap to create that more girth, that 3D look, that lively look, ya know what I mean?
I am barely decent at that and there is a lot of positions I wanna do but I lack the skill to pull it off without it looking real flat and anatomy looking real off. So yeah. If only I could improve somehow but for that I have to study carefully and look at other's work and try to draw what they did, but I am lazy and it can be discouraging.

I dunno, The definition of what makes a good artist is kinda subjective. I personally think a great artist is an artist who has great control over their art; meaning someone who can really portray their ideas in a style they want, controlling that style and everything they do, and being successful to recreate their ideas into something that can be shared. I mean, yeah, it DOES take some learning and practice to learn techniques and such, about form, lines, shape, color, etc....but that's only part of it.
Attempting to improve can always be frustrating, but art's a practice like anything. I mean, I know I'm not telling you anything new here, but all it takes is dedication and practice. You're a good artist, and you still draw....another thing that separates good artists from bad artists, is that good artists don't quit.

I see. Yeah I can't really do that part in the first paragraph there which sucks.
As for the practicing yeah it is frustrating to improve but I am kind of starting to practice more, doing fast doodles, not too fast, but not so fast I don't learn and not slow where I take an hour or two on a sketch like I have been doing for a long while. Doing more will make me learn more, and to not care about how cruddy it may look, part of learning.

Wow, this totally came as a surprise! First of all thank you SO much Coonie! Keto, the detail is great and you really went all out to capture each of the characters so well. I absolutely love the expressions, yes, even my crazy one (<3). I instantly set this as my background for my computer, replacing another wonderful work by you. Thank you so much for the time that you put into this. It makes me smile each time that I see it, and now I really want to see how this game plays out. *hugs* I love it
