When purchased I will need the users email to send the unwatermarked version for their own creating! Paypal only please.
When purchasing you are only purchasing the design, not the rights to the species! Earlier this year I went through the process to have Spooks (name, design, and all rights) put into my name. I have the stamp and copyright number for anyone who inquires of its authenticity.
I am flexible and will grant permission to those waning to create Spook characters just so long as credit is given and permission asked for. Where I draw the line is a Spook being made. Let me explain why.
It isn't entirely based on the ownership, but the desire to keep them authentic and the quality up to standard. Each Spook represents my work and in turn me and I want to give my customers the best quality I can give. If someone else makes a Spook and other potential clients see it thinking it's my work, their impressions about my true work will not be truthful.
To younger and newer artists or just fans of Spooks in general. I'm honored you want a Spook, it makes me very happy that my little critters inspire you! But please let me remind you that by law you are not legally permitted to do so as they are under copyright. For example. You cannot go out and make an iPhone without Apple not getting upset (Just look at Samsung and Apple, those two are still going back and forth!).
If feathering and LED's is something you want on your soft mounted fox by all means go for it! But please, leave off the elongated ears as that is what really sets a Spook apart from a Skull fox. Please also refrain from calling it a Spook as that too can and has caused some confusion in the past.
As always, artwork shown and in my gallery is not for others use. Not for tracing, copying, referencing, reposting, RPG, etc. etc. etc. Work hard like I have and practice, it's much more satisfying and you won' have half the internet lusting for your blood.
For a little back history, you can read up on them here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2457858/
Not sure what the difference between a Spook and a skullfox are? Take a peek here! http://sharpe19.deviantart.com/art/.....pook-417587405

Two other questions one:
Can these made into anyhros (not for sexual anything)
Two: how would you feel about a fursuit made of one of these, see ive been wanting a character like this for awhile and i think it be amazing to see it as a fursuit if not that is totally understandable

* Please add "Species©Sharpe19" on your pic if you make art that use my species or piece of my drawing. I need copyright fees from that production's income if it getting over $500 per/in a month. So:
over $500 per/in a month : 2%
over $1000 per/in a month :5%
So depending on the cost of the suit, a small royalty is all that's needed. Otherwise I would love to see more Spook suits!!

(Adding on to what you're saying, more than a question)
So basically, if you commissioned a Spook suit (or anything that had the Spook trademarks, specifically the long ears) you'd have to pay Sharpe because it's her copyright. (Ie, you spend $1000+ on the suit, she gets 5% of what you spend if you want to refer to it as a spook/it has spook traits) If it has spook traits and you choose not to credit the copyright/royalties to her, she's technically in her legal right to open up a legal case on it.
((Correct me if I'm wrong on this, Sharpe^^))

Haha certainly dear. I still have your email so I can send those right over to you! Total will be $30 to sharpecostumes[at]yahoo.com please!
If only I'd known sooner about these lovelies!
I have a question though- if one was to make a character that was based on the spook species would one have to ask you about it first? I'm kinda thinking the same way you have to get an angel dragon design checked before you can make it thing, but I was just wondering ^^
