A delicious treat from !

Basically take a rum ball recipe and substitute the rum with the liqueur Kilkenny Cream.

A traditional Christmas treat with a wickedly delicious twist.

Also works with Kahlua

Now if only I can keep  mrduhast from eating them long enough for me to get them in the fridge and serve them properly...Cheeky fennec

Ingredients

500g biscuits, finely crushed
1/4 cup cocoa, sifted
1/4 cup Kilkenny Cream - http://www.gardencellars.com.au/ima.....P/kilkenny.jpg
1 (395g) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup shredded coconut

Method

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except coconut. Make sure that you sift the cocoa so that you don't get lumps.
Step 2
Wet hands and then roll into bite-sized balls. Roll in coconut to coat.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.


Can be made ahead of schedule and frozen
Is a great way to use up stale sweet biscuits
