Here's what I've been up to lately!
I'm been apprenticing for about four months now, and it's going really well. Different situation from last year, that didn't pan out; this is going beautifully. If you're located in Wisconsin and would like to get a tattoo, please feel free to message me!
I need to work on coloring and shading, so I've been doing studies for my pieces before diving straight into the actual tattooing. Here is the sketch, grey scale study, color study, and the tattooed lines. This piece will be black and grey, so the color was really just for my own benefit (and will be a little gift for her!)
I really felt in my element on this piece, this is what I want to be doing as much as possible. She hated every second of it, she was over tired and it's been years since her last tattoo and she wasn't really prepared, and the fact that it's on her thigh and up into some tender skin didn't help one bit!
The next session we'll be finishing the frame and background, then onto the pup!
