Outgrowing the Neighborhood
Full character illustration commission (the super shiny tier) for 
rooth! This is part of a series in which Rooth'roo goes to a coffee shop and suddenly starts growing out of control. Rooth said I could illustrate any point along the timeline from "just started" to "incomprehensibly large." So we settled on "competing with the skyscrapers."
I'll refrain from making a joke about magic beans...

The coffee cup sign on the toenail was a wonderful touch. :)
You've really upped the bar! Both for your own stuff, and for the series. So much detail, all the cracking in buildings, the windows, the rubble, the little cars. Also ... OMG, something about this scene reminds me of Doki & Nabi, the 2nd episode where Nabi is trying to bring Doki a carrot cake for her birthday. This intersection, that building ... remind me of where her birthday party ultimately was. Oh man, I sense a cross-over pic coming up. ;)
