This was made about half a year ago and the head was rushed a bit. He could use a little TLC but is completely wearable (just not up to my personal standards basically) He has only been worn once as a partial and once as a fullsuit. Both times basically only for the contests ^^.
He fits someone from 5'4 to 5'10 about (I'm 5'7)
Hes about a 45 inch waist, 50 inch chest, and 50 inch hip max- shoe size is a 10. He could be taken in very easily since he is all one color mostly however. (That is for the owner to do.) Tail is attached via beltloops and the wings cam be removed.
He is made with one of my spyro bases; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13465489/ . He has LED toony eyes that have anti-fog on the back as well as a fan but that could use some re-wiring. Custom made vinyl horns/spikes, Big cat teeth, silicone tongue, and airbrushing. The body has vinyl plates and wings. The tail has a curve sewn into it to try to keep people from stepping on it (and it looks cute anyway).

We also won something at Geek Kon last year I just can't remember what exactly.

I don't know why people believe in this myth so much.
Unless you're pumping out copy written character after copy written character (like bootleg mascot companies), you're fine. Most companies don't care if it's a one off sale because it doesn't endanger their profit making by a huge margin.

Nah, they're not like that at all. Insomniac doesn't own the rights to Spyro anyway, even when they did make the first three games. Universal owned Spyro. Now Activision does. I have an acquaintance that made a Ratchet suit and got invited to their exclusive fan club, as opposed to being bashed with any copyrights P: She recently sold it as well.
