I always susspected this was some kind of gag. Her history seemed like the usual over specific while still convoluded types you get for "original Character Do Not Steal." I don't know why so many Sonic fan characters have demon or angel heratige but it seems like one of the common traits. All you are missing is that she is supposed to be in love with one of the freeedom fighters and at some point she was on Earth.
