Nostalgic feels.
If you were to make the hair curly and give him sharp canines he would look juuust like my friend Brian (when he was a wee bit younger and less bearded)
He's got the same face shape, his beard looked that that when he was younger, he's got the bushy Caterpillar eyebrows, the big ears, same general hair style, and he has this goofy little grin that looks almost exactly like the little grin you've drawn there.
