I wouldn't say better or worse, slightly greasier with slightly zesty sausage. But it also seems like they they vary a lot from location to location. Tim's is nice and pretty consistent.
But the deciding factor for me is usually "Am I craving English muffin top, or the tim's bisquit top?"

Depends who you ask, I guess? It doesn't perform very well under scrutiny---low validity and reliability---but some still swear by it. Attempts have been made to make it more scientific by adding a bunch of different scoring methods (it's actually quite detailed and technical... they even assess how much negative space you "see" in the inkblots, etc.).
I think the actual position of the APA is something along the lines of: falls woefully short of standards for most diagnostic tests, but still has a statistical significance greater than chance.
As a cultural artifact I think it's kind of neat, personally. Though I think using it in court cases (for instance) isn't really valid.
