A drawing of Katyusha and Fenrir. Fenrir is her twin brother and lives inside her as a soul. He is her life source as she is his. One cannot live without the other. Fenrir was absorbed by Katyusha in the womb as he was too weak to survive and thus allowing him to live on, it is also the reason why she is able to be a hybrid of dark species and vampire.
